Beginning his career in theatre at the age of 9, Marcus Klinger has become one of the most respected and awarded performers in the Bay Area. He received a Shellie Award for his performance as Max Bialystock in The Producers for DLOC, and a Bay Area Theatre Critic's Circle Award for Hairspray! He has been the choir director at Salesian College Preparatory for the past 25 years, and has been teaching voice privately for over a decade.

Marcus studied voice primarily with the late Joe Barnett, as well as a small band of wonderful Bay Area teachers and music directors.
